COVID-19 Guidelines for Keeping Campers Safe:
Parents will sign a waiver stating that if campers answer yes to any of the following conditions, they will not attend camp:
Close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
Cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat
Fever in the last 48 hours
Vomiting or Diarrhea in the last 24 hours
In addition we will:
Take daily temperature checks as campers sign in. Campers with temperatures 100.4 degrees or above will not be permitted to attend camp.
Have participants stay with their class of 10-12 campers for activities and meals. Congregation and mixing between groups will be limited, to the extent possible.
Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies between groups, when possible.
Clean camper work area and other hard surfaces campers come in contact with using disinfecting wipes before and after use.
Post signs to remind campers of proper hand washing procedures. Provide hand sanitizer.
Encourage campers to maintain distancing from one another, where feasible.
The use of masks by students, teachers, and volunteers is optional.
