There is no cost for camp. However, If you are able, we are asking families to donate individually wrapped , non-perishable snacks. Please bring them the first day of camp so we can inventory what we receive and see what needs to be purchased. Crackers, goldfish, pretzels, granola bars, fruit roll ups, and fruit cups are all great options. We’re expecting 60 campers this 9th year of camp!
-
Students bring their lunch everyday except on Fridays, pizza will be served if they'd like it.
-
Wear tennis shoes everyday for PE- No sandals, boots, backless shoes.
-
Drop off is between 8:15 -8:30.
-
Pick up is between 3:15 - 3:30.
-
Turn beside the McDonald's onto Executive Park Dr. to enter the back of the church parking lot. Drop off will be after you pull down as far as instructed by teachers, then exiting onto Stadium Dr.
-
Upon arrival you'll be given a car-rider name tag-please have this on display when picking up. There will also be some paperwork to review that needs to be returned if interested.
-
There is no before or after school care. Please pick up on time.
-
If students are tardy you will need to go into the church office so they can radio an adult to come down and meet your child. Please try to avoid late arrivals and early dismissals as it's disruptive to instruction. Attendance is important. All late or leaving early needs go through the church office. Allow time if picking up early for pack up and coming from the 3rd floor- we're probably in the middle of an enrichment program.
-
There is no transportation provided.

Please share with your child, while it’s summer and we will have fun activities, we are also learning and have expectations for behavior.

Our day will begin with reading instruction and activities, followed by lunch and PE. In the afternoons we have guests providing enrichment activities, volunteers that come to read one on one with students, and computer time.
