 Things to know:

   *  If you are contacted in May that your child has a spot in our camp, we ask you       attend Parent Night May 9th at 6:00 at Community Church 0f Hendersonville

  • Camp drop off is 8:15-8:30.  For dropping off your child and picking them up, please turn onto Stadium Dr. and take a right turn into the back parking lot. You will be directed to form a carpool line and your child will exit the car without you having to get out. We will give you student name cards to place in your front passenger side window to expedite pick ups. If anyone other than who you've named as the pick up person on your child's registration form is coming to pick up, you need to let us know in advance.

If you arrive after 8:30, please enter the Stadium Dr. doors into the

church office and they will page us to come meet your child and take

     them to their classroom.

  • Camp meets this year at Community Church of Hendersonville, 381 West Main St. (beside McDonald's on Gallatin Rd.)

  • Lunch is provided but campers may bring a lunch if preferred.

  • Snacks & water bottles are provided.

  • Campers need to wear tennis shoes everyday.

  • All supplies are provided. Campers will be given a folder for notes, please do not bring a backpack.

  • Unless sick, we ask your student attend everyday to get the maximum benefits in reading fluency & comprehension to help start school stronger in August and with a positive attitude about reading.

  • We ask each camper read a minimum of 20 minutes nightly to someone. Books will come home.

  • If we take a "Field Trip", permission slips will come home.

  • We will send home a parent survey towards the end of camp, we ask you take time to fill it out. Your feedback helps us improve camp and provides data for our grant applications.
